Refund Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received,please Contact Us within 30 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.

Return Process

  1. Please Contact Us on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.
  1. After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  1. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  1. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Contact Us within 30 days of delivery.
  1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry,mask and accessories.
  1. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  1. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by AmberMeadowDesign
  1. We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
  1. Order cancellation:

In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaid logistics company. When the order status is "Packaged", the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting a logistics cost. A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when canceling. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is“In transit”

     8. Please do not choose the size according to your habits, it’s important to check our size chart measurements ( available for every product ). Please note that is important to choose the size according to our size chart as we don’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds if item doesn’t fits you. We have warehouses in different countries around the Globe! If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to Contact Us Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address base on your order details within 24 hours.

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
